Houston World Cup 2026 Club is an independent fan experience platform. We are not affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026 Host Committee, NRG Stadium, or any official organizing body. We curate and organize independent experiences for fans visiting Houston during the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament window.
Houston World Cup 2026 Club offers tiered membership passes that provide varying levels of access and benefits:
Membership provides priority notification and access. It does not guarantee admission to any specific event, which may be subject to venue capacity, scheduling changes, or other factors beyond our control.
Club membership passes are non-refundable once purchased. If a specific event is cancelled, Club members will be notified of replacement events or alternatives. No refunds are issued for individual event cancellations.
Houston World Cup 2026 Club reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events at its sole discretion. Members will be notified promptly of any changes via the email address associated with their membership. We will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement events or experiences of comparable value.
Membership provides priority notification and access to events. It does not guarantee admission to any specific event, which may be subject to venue capacity. Events may require separate registration or RSVP. Members are responsible for reviewing event details and confirming their attendance in advance.
Houston World Cup 2026 Club shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: FIFA schedule changes, severe weather events (including hurricanes, tropical storms, and extreme heat advisories), government restrictions or mandates, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, venue closures, utility failures, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, the Club will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative experiences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston World Cup 2026 Club, its founder, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, attendance at events, or membership participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership pass.
You agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only. You shall not distribute spam, infringe on intellectual property, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in any manner that disrupts events or the experience of other members. Houston World Cup 2026 Club reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for violations of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County, Texas.
